The
Stones Section is open to all members of the club with a handicap of
18 and over. There is a
£5 joining fee, which is used to fund various activities
throughout the year. Last
year we had a very successful season with over 70 members and we won
the 1st Division League title, the Glynneath Shield and the
Presidents Cup.
The
Stones Captain for 2003 is Mr. Brian Connor; the Vice Captain is Mr.
Tony Bowen and the secretary is Peter Hinder who can be contacted at clyne_stones@hotmail.com
Various
activities are arranged during the year
with the Monday evening
competition being very popular with both new and old members; we
had an average turnout of 35 competitors in 2002.
